- Cleaning of skirting boards, doors, door frames and handles.
- Internal cleaning of windows, including glass, screens, grilles and tracks.
- Cleaning of light switches, power points and light fittings.
- Cleaning of hallways, staircases, handrails and storage areas.
- Cleaning and sanitisation of bins.
- Floor cleaning in each room according to the type of finish.

- Complete cleaning of fridge, freezer and appliances (if provided with the property).
