Yes, additional tasks can be requested, but we kindly ask that all requests be made in writing and in advance — ideally before your scheduled cleaning date. This helps us plan the service properly and avoid delays, including for the next client.
Please note: extra tasks require additional time, which may result in an adjustment to the total service cost.
Many of these tasks are already included in our Deep Cleaning or other specialised services, so we recommend checking which service best suits your needs before requesting individual add-ons.

You can book a cleaning with us 7 days a week - Monday to Sunday. If you need an special schedule, please contact support so we can accommodate.
No, you won’t pay anything extra. When two team members attend, the price stays exactly the same — you’re charged only for the total booked hours, with no additional fees.
In fact, having two cleaners offers a great benefit: the time spent in your home is halved, since they work simultaneously.
For example, if your clean is scheduled for 4 hours, two cleaners will each work for 2 hours — still delivering 4 hours of total cleaning time.
